Daedeok Techno Valley Infrastructure Electric power and communication systems An optimal distribution of available power and an optical cable system will be installed in the Town. Water supply and sewerage system The projected domestic and industrial water supply will be an abundant 43,200 tons daily. An efficient disposal facility will be established based on the Gap and Gwan-pyeong Rivers' inundation capacities. Also, the Daejeon 3rd and 4th Industrial Complex's disposal sending in custody and sewage transit pump field will be set up within the industrial complex to dispose of 32,400 tons of sewage. Scrap material management Scrap material produced in the industrial complex will be disposed of in the Daejeon refuse disposal field, in order to maintain a clean industrial complex. Street networks and public parks Daejeon will provide connecting roads to areas outside the complex, giving easy access to central Daejeon, as well to the highways. It will also build main roads within the complex consisting of two east-west thoroughfares and two north-south thoroughfares, subsidiary roads consisting of three north-south thoroughfares and three east-west thoroughfares, in addition to feeders and local roads. Also, the parks in the vicinity will be converted into natural, riverside drives. Nine children's parks will be built, based on their potential future usage, and green park zone will be systematically developed. Schools Five primary schools, three middle schools, three high schools, and an international school will be built on the site.
