Transportation Card |
| The Hankkumi Card is an “electronic cash card,” created by Hana Bank, which can be used in the Greater Daejeon Area and on Daejeon city buses. |
| The Hankkumi Card may have many uses. It can be used as a credit card, Digital Certificate (form of identification), Debit Card, and because of the IC Chip, it can also be used to pay for bus fares. This “Smart Card” is also useful in accessing the Hana Bank Internet banking service. |
| The initial fee to register for a Hankkumi Card is 4,000 won. You can also sign up for Hana Bank’s Internet Banking and create a Digital Certificate, in which case the Hankkumi Card is free. |
| You can recharge your Hankkumi Card at Hana Bank ATM machines, bus ticket booths, and on the Internet, using money from your Hana Bank account, cash, a credit card, or an OK Cashbag Card. |

How Can I Get A Free Bus Transfer?
*With your Hankkumi Card, you will be able to enjoy free bus transfers if the transfer occurs within the allotted times. Which Bus Routes Apply?
1. Outer City Limit Shuttle buses and city buses require your transfer to be made within 80 minutes from the time you first get on the bus.
2. Buses in front of City Hall (5 routes) require that your transfer be made within 60 minutes from the time you first get on the bus.
3. Shortcut buses require that your transfer be made within a 60 minutes from the time you first get on the bus.
(Example: If you board the Number 21 Shuttle Bus and place your Hankkumi Card on the Bus Fare Machine, it will charge the bus fare to your card. While transferring to the Number 841 bus within 80 minutes, place your Hankkumi Card on the Bus Fare Machine once again, but the fare will be free. This also applies if you are transferring from Number 841 bus to the Number 21 bus.) |
